Threshold help
The threshold value can be changed to any real number. As default, a value of zero is
defined. In some cases, i.e. comparative models assessment, the user could be interested
only in checking the existence of misalignments or regions that have very high energy scores.
In that case, the threshold could be conveniently changed in such a way to display only those
regions in the profile or in the graphic output.
