SAGExplore server is launched. This original version includes the NlaIII-BmfI virtual tags for the yeast genome extracted from the SGD database at ftp://ftp.yeastgenome.org/. Raw genome data and annotation corresponded to the release from July 2005. The genome sequence and annotation, along with the HGA-derived data used by the server, are available here.
