This folder has three files which contain the following:

Varela_compared.txt: This file contains a comparison between the assignments of experimental
                     SAGE-tags from yeast made by the HGA method and Varela et al.

Varela.inf: This file contains a description of each field of the file Varela_compared.txt

Varela_compared.sql: This is a sql file to import the Varela_compared.txt data into a MYSQL
                     table.
