This folder has three files which contain the following:

Velculescu_compared.txt: This file contains a comparison between the assignments made by 
                         the HGA method and Velculescu et al.

Velculescu.inf: This file contains a description of each field of the file
                Velculescu_compared.txt

Velculescu_compared.sql: This is a sql file to import the Velculescu_compared.txt data
                         into a MYSQL table.
