From left to right, the fields of the Kal_compared.txt file correspond to the following: Column 1: TAG sequence. Column 2: TAG Class. In the case that the tag has several annotations, the TAG class of the tag instance with the highest odds-ratio is shown. Column 3: TAG confidence. In the case that the tag has several annotations, the TAG confidence of the tag instance with the highest odds-ratio is shown. Column 4: Annotations made by the HGA method. Column 5: 'T' if all the annotations made by the HGA method were also assigned by Kal et al annotation. 'P' if only some of the annotations made by the HGA method were also assigned by Kal et al annotation. 'N' none of the annotations made by the HGA method were assigned by the Kal et al annotation. Column 6: These numbers mean how many of the annotations made by the HGA method were annotated by Kal et al (e.g. 2/1 means that a TAG has two regions assigned by the HGA method while Kal et al has one annotation for the same tag). Column 7: Annotations made by Kal et al.
