This folder has three files which contain the following:

SGD_features-edited-final.txt: This file is an edited table of the original SGD protein table.
                               This edited table was used to annotate all the virtual tags 
                               during one of the stages of the HGA method.

SGD_features-edited-final.inf: This file contains a description of each field of the file 
                               SGD_features-edited-final.txt

SGD_features-edited-final.sql: This is a sql file to import the SGD_features-edited-final.txt
                               data into a MYSQL table.
