Calculated Data	This is an excel workbook that contains the detailed data calculated in this work. The data includes: 1) Raw scores obtained for each protein structure model by using the different potentials, 2) Statistical analysis of the observed differences between classifiers reported in the paper, 3) Informatic quantities calculated with each potential.
Benchmark Set of Models	Link to a web page that contains all the details about the benchmark set of models used in this study. The PDB coordinates and structural information of each protein model are available and can be downloaded from there. Also, a link to all X-ray structures used to derive the potentials is also available from there.
Potentials	Potentials calculated in this work.
Software	A software that calculates the total normalized score for a protein structure using the different potentials.
