The current version of the database contains 922 entries, which is available for download below.
Additionally, the three subsets containing the major functional classes have been built and are also available. The raw data
includes the corresponding PDB files, the effective atomic interfaces (in PDB format), the relevant protein and DNA features,
along with other useful detailed data calculated from the effective interfaces.
